with strong knowledge and working experience in:
General requirements:
- English upper intermediate level or higher
- High analytical skills (ability to analyze & recognize prospect/client needs and find appropriate solutions)
- Self-management, time management and self-organization skills
- Result orientation and ability to provide results in short term
- Strong management/project management skills
- Pro-activeness and initiative skills
- Self-education and fast-education abilities
- Process-orientation and flexibility
- Good prioritization abilities
- Risk management skills
- Ability to drive several prospects/clients and teams in parallel
Experience:
- Proven leadership and team building experience
- Experience in developing proposals and estimates
- Proven analytical experience
- Experience in processes analysis and establishment
- Technology and/or Quality Assurance/Quality Control background
