Currently, we are looking for PHP/LAMP Developer/TechLead.
The qualified PHP/LAMP developer/TechLead candidates will develop software including complex components. Another key responsibility will be to lead specialists in PHP with the next job purpose:
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients
• Assist in facilitation of team and client meetings
• Regularly participate in reviews of team work products
• Maintain and document programs in accordance with defined software engineering standards
• Develop specifications and technological approaches for all but the most complex software applications. Develop coding patterns and key application components
• Estimate efforts required for project implementation and accomplish the tasks in compliance with a schedule defined by technical management
• Take full responsibility for the implementation of project parts including work on the new projects
• Create prototypes and assist in proposal development for client engagement
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationship with project team on the customer side
• Assist in skills development and supervision of junior staff
• Enforce development deadlines and schedules
Education
- Computer Science, Applied mathematics or similar
Specialized knowledge
- Solid experience in PHP, LAMP, Java, Perl or Dot Net development for Web
- Good technical design/architecting skills
- Solid experience with XML/HTML/JavaScript
- Readiness to quickly learn PHP and related technologies
- Good knowledge/understanding of design patterns and MVC paradigm
- Experience in MySQL
Experience, Skills & Abilities
- 3+ years of experience in developing solutions based on PHP/LAMP technologies
- English upper intermediate level or higher
- Organizational and time-management skills
