Currently, we have an outstanding position opportunity for Account Manager.
Qualified account manager candidates will maximize client satisfaction and grow profitable revenues from existing clients. Work closely with Business Development and support efforts of Account Executive to win new business and new clients. Additional key responsibilities include:
• Provide Project Management when necessary
• Collaborate with Project Management Office
• Enforce deadlines for product development efforts and Identify and provide all information needed by Project Managers
• Manage legal relationship
• Employ SoftServe’s Global Engagement Model
• Strive for maximum profitability within accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar
- Business, marketing, management education (Desirable)
- IT, Construction project management, Business operations or similar industry experience 3+ years
- English upper intermediate level or higher (conversational business English is required)
- Negotiation skills
- Relationship building skills
- Project coordination experience
- Proven communicator/presenter
Working conditions
- Willingness to work client’s working hours
- Willingness to travel
